Conditions of cancellation if cancellation insurance has not been taken out
If you cancel your stay, you are liable to pay the first instalment. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid.
Cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance, which costs 5% of the total rent and is payable at the same time as payment for the stay. The rent is refundable if the reservation is cancelled due to illness, accident or death affecting the renter, spouse, parents or siblings.
Arrival and departure
The holiday chalet is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Departure no later than 10.00am.
Late departure
If your chalet is not booked on your departure date, you may be able to extend your stay until 4.00pm against payment of a fee. Please ask reception.
Non-smoking accommodation
All the chalets are non-smoking.
Allergy-friendly accommodation
Chalet 10 is allergy friendly. Pets are not allowed in this chalet, which does not have a wood burner.

Electricity and heating
Rate DKK 3.50 per kWh. Electricity consumption will be settled automatically on departure via our booking system.

What to bring
Bed linen (unless you have ordered linen packages), toilet paper, kitchen rolls, waste disposal bags, dishwasher tabs, salt and pepper, tealights and personal items. On arrival, the chalet will always have 1 dishcloth, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 tea towel and 1 small bar of soap.
Ordering home care
If you need home help or nursing care, remember to contact your local authority no later than three weeks before your holiday starts so arrangements can be made with Norddjurs local authority.

Pets
Pets are allowed in several of our chalets. Price per pet DKK 275. If you want to bring your pet, you must state this when making your booking. Owners must keep their dogs on a lead in the entire area and use dog poop bags.
Internet
WiFi network available throughout the holiday centre. You will be given the code on arrival.
Bedding
The chalets have pillows and duvets for five people. Extra sets can be ordered prior to arrival.
Linen packages
Linen and towels are not included in ordinary stays but can be pre-ordered. Price for a linen package including two towels DKK 125. Beds can be made up for an additional fee.
Child’s cot/child’s highchair
Can be rented for DKK 50 per item per week. Must be pre-ordered.
Tableware
The chalets have kitchen tableware for eight people.
Final cleaning
Is included in the price. The holiday chalet must be handed over in a clean and tidy state; items of furniture must be returned to their original positions. This price does not include dishwashing and waste disposal, for which guests are responsible before departure. The dishwasher does not need to have completed a cycle on guests’ departure. Any breakages or mishaps must be reported to reception on departure. Set radiators at 2. Close windows and doors.
